The United Nations announced today that heiresses Nicole Ritchie and Paris Hilton will travel as ambassadors to Israel and Palestine, respectively.

"The selfless actions of the heiresses in forming peaceful relations in their personal life are an inspiration to conflicts throughout the world." said a member of the United Nations. "We could think of no more perfect fit than those two."

"They said we're going to keep the Mideast on the roadmap to peace," said Hilton. "And we read maps good on The Simple Life."

"I like the Mideast," said Ritchie. "There's hot clubs in Boston."

"That's hot," agreed Hilton.
