 | Ask Hawkins B.A. Welcome again to the advice column where each week I answer questions on absolutely any topic. ANY TOPIC! Simply submit it via email or USPS, or submit it in the comments below. Carrier pigeons are no longer accepted. | This week's question comes from Jenny in Oakland who writes:
Hi. I interviewed earlier this week for a job in a bakery, and afterwards baked a "thank you" cake for them. But I think I might've gotten mixed up and accidently sent them the cake with an emory board baked inside that was intended for my imprisoned boyfriend. What should I do?

 | First of all, for future reference, cigarettes would have been a more useful contraband to smuggle in the baked goods. But on the subject of the question, I would bake yet another cake, and overnight it with "Don't Eat the First Cake!" written in icing on the top.
